These Terms are between you and Leashed (CVR 44802228), trading as Complee. By using https://complee.eu, running an assessment, paying for a pack, subscribing to Plus, or turning on the badge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service is offered to businesses and professionals. You confirm that you act for a business and have authority to bind that organisation.

Complee helps businesses understand how they use AI tools under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The service includes:

• A free online assessment based on your description and website.
• A paid Word document pack for minimal or limited-risk results.
• Complee Plus: a subscription that keeps your record current and can show a website badge with a public verification page.

Complee provides informational tools and document templates. It is not legal advice, a law firm, an audit, or a guarantee of compliance.

The free result shows a risk classification and summary obligations. It is indicative only. We may ask one follow-up question. We may change or discontinue the free tier at any time.

By starting an assessment you instruct us to fetch the website you provide for analysis purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Price: €9 once per eligible assessment (minimal or limited risk). VAT may be added at checkout where applicable. The pack is delivered digitally as soon as payment succeeds.

Because delivery is immediate, you must confirm at checkout that you want access now and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for this digital content where the law allows.

You receive a personal licence to use the generated documents internally for your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or present them as legal advice or as an official filing.

High-risk, prohibited, or out-of-scope results are not sold through the standard pack. Those flows direct you to additional steps or expert help.

Plus is billed at €12/month or €120/year via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.

• Plus includes the document pack for the linked assessment and tools to keep the record current.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before the next renewal.
• If payment fails, we may suspend Plus features, including the badge.
• On cancellation, Plus ends at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Stripe.
• Refunds are not offered for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

The badge and public page at /verify/[id] show self-reported assessment information. By enabling the badge you agree to:

• The badge is self-reported from your assessment answers. It is not an EU certification, CE mark, regulatory approval, or audit.
• Use it only on the assessed domain and only while your Complee Plus subscription is active and the assessment is current.
• Do not alter the badge image or remove the link to the Complee verification page.
• Remove the badge when Complee revokes it, when your subscription ends, or when your AI use changes.
• Do not imply endorsement by the EU, a regulator, or any government body.

We may revoke or disable a badge at any time if information is inaccurate, the subscription lapses, the assessment expires, the use is high-risk, or the badge is misused.

Complee, its software, branding, templates, and site content are owned by Leashed or its licensors. Except for the licence to use generated documents as described above, no rights are transferred to you.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or changes in law may affect results or features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leashed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, business, or data arising from your use of the service or reliance on outputs.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You will indemnify Leashed against claims arising from your misuse of the service, inaccurate information you provide, or your breach of these Terms, including misuse of the badge.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the badge, or create legal or security risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice before termination except for serious misuse.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
